This post is mostly for muscleheads, But directed to anyone who either runs, works out, lifts, goes to a gym, or excersises. I've been lifting for 6 months. got a good routine going, and at this point I am disapointed in my results from lifting. I'm still scrawny and it sucks, and still dont have a 6 pack. I wanna take something for it (creatin? GNC protien? glutamine?) TALK TO ME! mediocre muscle
