Things are messy because they have no clue how to control the flow at a door. being a rude prick only makes it worse. and i'm sorry but taking tips for comp admission is stealing from the club anyway you look at it. When you approach a club door you need to know 1 of 2 things. (1) general admission (2) guest list/ vip. It's not that complicated!!! Both should be CLEARLY MARKED so the customer can see them. then you dont get a bunch of pissed off customers being ignored at the wrong line, only to be told after waiting to get the door guys attention (that has been doing such a good job trying to ignore them) that they have to now go wait at the end of another line. it's worse than the fucking DMV. it's not rocket science. * 2 little signs!! 1. GENERAL ADMISSION 2. GUEST LIST/ VIP * Always be nice * Tell people whats going on. dont ignore them. tell them they are in the wrong line, tell them they are at the wrong club, tell em they are not dressed right, tell the group of 10 guys they need to find some dates. tell em something: people hate to be ignored (you may as well be telling them to fuck off & thats how they are going to act once they get in your door)

Jamie that works the door for Aquabooty is fuckin awsome. one of the best door guys ive ever seen in miami. super nice, cool but tough & fair at the same time. never had a problem when he's at the door. the problen is when he's off. that tall jerk off rick or rich. dude basicly holds out his hand waiting for you to grease it. that not only sucks but he's basicly stealing from the club. it's like you can get in FREE if you pay me not the club!! it's bullshit! there are great door guys that make lot of money in tips but they do it the right way (by giving great service) being nice, honoring the guest list, moving regulars thru to the front of the line. this guy is just a typical ego driven rude asshole.

i agree 100% that the club needs to do some serious promotion. they have made some smart choices in some of the outside promoters they have hired. Friday rooftop - Biz & Aquabooty, 2 great partys that combined could be become legendary but the main room & small room, wtf??? Saturday?? whos running this mess? Strike is a great dj. promoters for sat night Tia entertainment?? their crowd could give a shit about the music. heres an idea!! Strike main room on friday! promote friday as all music driven. biz, roland, aquabooty, strike & craze in the small room. this would dominate the friday miami crowd thats cares about the music. Saturday cheese dick crowd & cheese music to suit. Shawn rudnick main room, hip hop on the roof, mash up in the small room & PROMOTE the shit out of every thing!!! This is a town that with a big club like space or crobar behind you, marginal djs like ivanno belini & cedric can become rock stars. Nocturnal has alot of talent with them but seem to have no idea what to do with it. Take a lesson from the big clubs that have survived in miami. you have to support your own shit by getting behind it 1000% most of the people in this town are fuckin sheep if you tell them enough times eventually they belive it & come check it out. if you deliver a quality product and treat them right they will come back. Nocturnal needs to learn this lesson fast before they lay a 12 million dollar turd!
