jumping on the semi-gator wagon--i was NYCchic24's roomie, lol...**oh, the good old days of stumbling home to the courtyards** as far as "college: to go or not to go"...i am on the fence--i am at the point now where i want the piece of paper, and for what i want to do, it will help me...however, i worked for Merrill Lynch for about 5 years and was even a supervisor without a degree, till I just decided the corporate ladder was not for me...I also know successful people that have never graduated or attended...I think the bottom line is that it is a personal thing first off, and second, that whether you really need it or not depends on your career choice- for some careers, you really need that piece of paper and for some you just need determination...another $.02

yep but...you can't base your judgment on that person on what you heard...you can file it away as something to know and look out for, but you still need to form your own opinions...cause what if what you heard was not totally true?...and if it WAS true, then that behavior can't stay hidden from you for long and you can deal with it...
