From what I heard that was just an idea for a memorial. It would consist of two huge reflecting pools with massive amounts of light directed toward them. The light would then be reflected upwrds forming 2 phantom towers of light. Too me thats too eerie...

I dont know where you live, but Applebee's has thee worst service...they seat you promptly, but then they leave you alone for about 45 minutes, they take your order and then they disappear for another 45 min. And its not like you can look around for the waiter/waitress, becuase they disappear somewhere in the back. I rather go to diner. I haven't been to Outback in awhile but I remember they have great steaks:D Olive Garden is pretty good, not the best, but good.
