The U.S. was one of the first players to broker Sadaam's rise to power. Private companies, many of which have ties to the Bush family, have been dealing with Sadaam since the early 80's, in everything from oil to military weaponry. Only after Sadaam invaded Kuwait in 1991 did the U.S. sever ties officially with Sadaam (and even then it is well documented that many U.S. companies continued business relations with Iraq such as big tobacco). went to SUNY Binghamton, has its up and downs, good education for the money you pay, but the place is too depressing. The sun shines only two months in the year it seems, and that's usually in the summer. MAAAD drugs, although its shady and dl, and the townies are off their rockers. Our philosophies are certainly different though, while we do need to crush our enemies, we also should not actively be making new ones, too short term and with the arms market in such disarray as it is today, its also too dangerous. Resources should be expended on securing us here first and making us independent from foreign nations (which we have done a shit poor job of since 9-11), while having the surveillanceand technology to know everything that's going on in such places. With Bush and Chaney we basically have the oil and defense contracting industries controlling us by our balls, and they don't give a fuck about either one of us.
