  1. Kyoung, the same thing happend to me and 3 other people I spoke to. I couldn't get on yahoo chat. Plus, when i tried to get onto Yahoo chat, my computer would crash. This is what you do. When you chose the room or catergory of rooms you want to go in. You know the part, where it says Japan, India, Sweden. It says on the top right side of that. Chat software. It says Java, or it might say Chat 2.0. Make sure it says Java. If it says Chat 2.0, just click on the arrow and change it to Java. I think your Yahoo, probably has it on Chat 2.0 and you dont have the software for Chat 2.0, thats why you cant get into Yahoo Chat. All you do, is click on the arrow and change it from Chat 2.0 to Java. If your Yahoo does say Java and you cant get on Yahoo Chat. You have to download from Microsoft the latest Java updates. Thats what i did. Tell me what happens. Thanks
  2. Hi, did anyone ever hear Chris Bjork. He was the DJ at Webster Hall from 94 to 97 on Friday nights. I thought he was great. He played great house and dance songs. I heard he DJed at Cream in NYC. Anyone know what happened to him.
  3. Wakeup, you say, Vicious doesnt play anything but hard progressive trance and progressive trance, with an ocassional tech trance track. once and a while he'll drop a house track. Wakeup, thats not correct. Vicious used to play only Trance, when he was the DJ for Roxy on Saturday. He now plays House with some Trance Songs. He also plays some dance songs. But when i went to Roxy, he mainly played house songs.

  11. Brickhouse, i think your wrong. The money radio stations get from Labels, is small, compared to the money they make from the Advertisement dollars.
  12. Last time i was there. It was so dark in there. You could barely see any of the people dancing on dance floor. I dont know whats up with that lighting guy. He seems to make the place to dark. Just get me some lights, where you can see very clearly.
  13. vixenfoxxy, i agree with you, that there are players at these clubs. But i'm trying to say, there are plenty of nice guys, who are not looking for ass. I can understand why your there for the music. Any nice looking girl is gonna get approached all the time. So for woman, meeting is different. They can meet anytime they want. They can be very selective. Guys dont have that advantage.
  14. The Godfather and the Accountant A Mafia Godfather, accompanied by his attorney, walks into a room to meet with his accountant. The Godfather asks the accountant, "Where is the 3 million bucks you embezzled from me?" The accountant does not answer. The Godfather asks again, "Where is the 3 million bucks you embezzled from me?" The attorney interrupts, "Sir, the man is a deaf mute and cannot understand you, but I can interpret for you." The Godfather says, "Well.....ask him where the damn money is!" The attorney, using sign language, asks the accountant where the 3 million dollars is. The accountant signs back, "I don't know what you are talking about." The attorney turns to the Godfather and says, "He doesn't know what you are talking about." The Godfather pulls out a 9 millimeter pistol, puts it to the temple of the accountant, cocks the trigger and says, "NOW ask him again where the money is!" The attorney signs to the accountant, "He wants to know where it is!" The accountant signs back, "OK! OK! OK!, the money is hidden in a suitcase behind the shed in my backyard!" The attorney turns to the godfather and says "HE SAID TO GO FUCK YOURSELF"
  15. Brickhouse, I disagree with you. Yes Labels and the big music companies pay money to these radio stations to put there songs on. But ratings are the most important thing. Advertisers look at the ratings of a radio station, to see how much they will pay to put there ad on. Take 92.7. They play house and dance music from 9pm to 11pm on Sunday Night. DJ Chris Da Greek is the DJ for those 2 hours. They have the highest rated show during those 2 hours on Sunday. Chris plays music that no Label is promoting. I guarantee you, 92.7 is making a killing on advertisement dollars, since there the highest rated show for those 2 hours.
  16. I think a good idea, is to let one of these Internet sites, broadcaust from Roxy, or Sound Factory or Vinyl over the internet. I think it would be good, if people can hear Vicious, Peters, Danny Tegliano and other DJs over the net. With Real Audio and the Windows Media player, I think this would be a good idea. I just heard Sirius Satellite Radio is broadcasting live from Webster Hall on either Friday or Saturday night. My friend has Sirius Satellite Radio. He was able to hear DJ Swedish Egil spinning for 6 hours. Why doesn't someone broadcast live from Roxy, Sound Factory, Exit or Vinyl.
  17. And the people who are single, are always guys. Thats because any decent to nice looking girl can meet whenever she wants.
  18. f0xyminx, your nuts. First of all, blonds are in the minority at these clubs. Most woman at these clubs are brunettes or have black hair. 2nd, I know plenty of guys who are nice, who have trouble meeting at these clubs and stopped going to them, because of that. The truth is, that a small percentage of guys are meeting all the woman at these clubs. There usually the guys that can really dance, or just dont care about rejection and can approach any amount of woman.
  19. Anyone have any info about Felix Da House Cat. Does he still DJ in Chicago. Or will he make any guest DJ appearances. Thanks
  20. The 5 most played out songs by KTU. The first year they were on in 1996. They played the songs, Close to You by Fun Factory, I like it like that and be your lover by La Bouche, like every hour. The song they really played out, was things just aint the same by Deborah Cox in 1998. Everytime I turned on KTU, I heard that song. Rapture, now has to join that list.
  21. Flipssoe, your right about woman at these clubs and bars. Part of the problem is, these woman have guys going up to them all the time. These woman know, there high in demand. Woman just have all the advantages, when it comes to meeting. Any nice looking girl, can pretty much meet when ever she wants. Your right, it can be hard to meet woman at these clubs. I dont go to meet woman at these clubs. I just go for the Music. But i know what your talking about. From what i see at these clubs, the guys who meet, are the guys that can really dance. I think another problem at these clubs. You have so many more guys looking to meet woman, then woman looking for a guy. Now i know there are guys, who only want one thing. But there are plenty of good guys, just looking to meet a nice girl and that can be hard. Its the same on the chat lines. When I go on the chat lines, I see all these guys looking to meet, but see so few woman. Its like this everywhere. Woman are just the ones who decide who meets and who doesn't. Unfortunately, thats how it is.

  25. Did anyone hear Johnny Vicious on KTU on New Years night on January 1. I know this was 4 months ago. But there was this one house song I hoping to get. I was driving home from NJ to NY, so i couldn't tape it. Vicious sent KTU, a custom CD of house and dance songs. It was played 1 Am to 3 Am on New Years night. In the first hour, there was this one house song that was incredible. This was the best house song i ever heard. The beat was unbelievable. There were tons of great songs on this 2 hour mix. But i'm hoping someone taped this 2 hour mix, or the first hour when this house song was played. Thanks Dan6428@yahoo.com
