  3. Buffon saved a 10 men Juventus and right after Zalayeta made it 1-2 on the 116th minute ... :D :D

Juve lost Davids ... red card ... and Montero will be out of next game for two accumulated yellows ... :(

Inter went ahead 0-1 in the first minutes ... Valencia turned it around 2-1 ... not enough for Valencia ... the early road goal made it an uphill task ... they deserved to win by more thou ... Toldo saved Cuper's arse ...

    Don't forget tomorrow ...

    ESPN 2 ... @ 2:30 pm EST ... Manchester Utd. - Real Madrid ...

I think we will have three italian sides in the semis ... and no spanish teams ... history turns the page once again ... :hat:

arsenal finishes second and after todays games everton will not be in the champs league so its between chelsea, newcastle and liverpool

and newcastle has the easiest schedule but the 3 and 4 are gonna be chelsea and liverpool in a landslide over newcastle

everton and blackburn for the 5th spot for the uefa cup and looks like manchester city is getting in because of some fair play award crap..............

good thing sunderland got relegated so i dont have to hear about claudio reyna this and that he sucks

I would also like to see Chelsea and Liverpool in the Champions next year ... provided Chelsea can get passed the qualifying stages ... Lol ...

Newcastle ... as you said has the easiest schedule ... but are screwing up big time lately ... and I believe they will still drop some easy points ...

As to Man U winning the title ... I sincerely don't see where will arsenal drop any points ... therefore ... Man U would have to outscore their rivals by quite a few goals ...

I think Man U knows this ... that's why the scoring they have been doing lately feels anger in those blowing shots ... have you realized how hard Scholes is hitting the ball into the net? ... and how often ...

The way Man U has played their last three games has ben superb ... can't wait for Wednesday ... Man U will pull it back on Real .. :D

ESPN Deportes is already in the US ...

"ESPN Deportes is currently available to about 13 million US TV households on Sunday nights via analog or digital cable in selected areas, as well as via DirecTV Para Todos direct broadcast satellite TV."

They will most probably get the package for the Champions League outside Europe ... which would mean ...

"if ESPN International is able to secure the US TV rights to the UEFA Champions League for the 2003-2004 season, ESPN Deportes will air AT LEAST 4 UEFA Champions League matches on each match day from Match Day 1 through the quarterfinal round, with doubleheaders on match Tuesdays and Wednesday usually at 2:30pm Eastern Time. ESPN Deportes is expected to also air both legs of both UEFA Champions League semifinal series and the final.

ESPN International holds an option to purchase US TV rights to 3 first-choice Spanish Primera Division (a.k.a. La Liga) matches each week via an agreement with Barcelona-based sports marketing agency Media Pro. Sources indicate that ESPN International intends to exercise this option so that ESPN Deportes can air La Liga matches, including the matches involving Real Madrid and Barcelona, LIVE in the US."

I agree with you in the low coverage of top european club games ... hopefully our demand will be heard ...

What I didn't get to understand is why they didn't show any La liga games this year ... or more games from the Champions ... they had the rights bought ... and in the worst ... freaking sell the rights to another provider ... but hey ... they rather dust the games ... than to give them to any competitor

Doesn't make sense to me ... :blank:
