there is one they are comin out w that u get it only once a year, but thats reeeeeeeeeeeeally pushin it. god a friggin period only lasts a few days, tough it out... i mean it sux and all dont get me wrong , but, beein able to skip it a few times is good enough for me, but i only do that when its necessary.

you can do it w out asking ur dr, unless u are taking the pill for medical reasons, but other then that its ok, just dont do it all the time, the whole point of the pill is not only birth control but regulates ur period,.
