Yes...there are not many good Sushi restaurants in New Jersey. Because they have to go through a Sushi Grade Governmnet Controlled Freezing Process to kill all the bacteria...Most good restaurants in the city can avoid that process by serving fresh fish within a certain time span.

Please do not take offense to this....but I love people who drop the name NoBu and have never been there...hahaha... They do NOT have the best sushi...maybe most expensive but certainly not the best....Trust me...when my brother was an Investment Banker for Solomon Smith Barney...he would take me there once a week...because it was across the street from the Travelers Building...and his group had a standing reservation there every night for their clients...I lived with him in the city my junior year of college while interning with a Venture Capital firm...So I know what I am talking about...
