WMC 2004 : ULTRA'S SPECIAL GUESTS AND LIVE ACTS Only one more week before the Ultra Music Festival is to take place and the line up is getting stronger. Over 200 performers will play on 12 musical stages consisting of two main stages and ten music arenas. The arenas and stages will represent almost every form and style of electronic music and will see many special performances by established musicians as well as local talent. Just added to the arenas is "The Freedom arena", an area dedicated to artists who play an important role in gay lifestyle. Performers here include former Culture Club front man and celebrity DJ Boy George, House music legend Junior Vasquez, Peter Rauhofer, Tracy Young and Tom Stephen aka Superchumbo. Boy George is not the only celebrity who will perform at the festival; Tommy Lee - former drummer of the rebellious rock band Motley Crue - will give a special performance with a live drum and DJ set. As that suggests, he will play the drums while simultaneously spinning records! As a former member of one of the world's wildest rock bands, Tommy will fit in perfectly with the world's wildest DJ's. Live acts at Ultra include Way Out West, Rabbit in the Moon, Junkie XL, The Rapture, Deepsky, and Miss Kittin amongst others. Ultra Music Festival in downtown Miami is America's biggest Dance Music Festival and will officially open this year's Winter Music Conference.
