That's the point I'm trying to make, the majority of the beneficiaries would be african american anyway, but it's not singling out by race.

It happened on a police test. Also, I am not against programs helping those who are need. If affirmative action was based on need as opposed to race I would have no problem with it what so ever. A middle-upperclass black person shouldn't be given an advantage over their white counterpart. Furthermore, I think low income families SHOULD be given extra opportunites, but it should be regardless of race.

I wouldn't look past Carolina if I were you. I think it will be a close game. That regular season game between philly and carolina could have easily went carolina's way, had they made a field goal or two. Also, I think you need to worry about Carolina's running game regardless if Stephen Davis is playing or not. Deshaun Foster played great against the rams.

I think he was referring to the fact that you said saddam killed "hundreds" as opposed to "hundreds of thousands" of innocent people. This statement you made is pretty bad too "And i will ask you another thing....many countries have WMD's so why can't Saddam have them ?"
