  1. Don't worry candyroll, xlr8ted thinks I'm a cop, too! It really just means he won't be coming on to you -- which I fine with me, I like your uniform a lot -- you can wear it anytime I'm there! Just a note about parties on the beach -- I'm so sorry you guys have it so tough. We have beach parties here weekly -- every Sunday afternoon from 2-11 weekly from July 1 till after Labour Day -- two years running. Full sound systems, 2-300 people, fire dancers, etc. Cops love us. Never had a problem, never shut us down. They come by every now and then, but are totally cool. We clean up after ourselves. We reseeded the grass at the end of the year (since we wore most of it out dancing). We shut down before the noise complaints come in from the people across the lake. You guys should come visit. Just a little bit of majic. Nine months for 20 pills? Wow. I know folks arrested with 1000s who got off. Last biggest bust was tossed for crooked cops. The friend that confessed by dancing naked on a pool table high on PCP got house arrest on his parents commune. I think I'll just stay where I am. But I'm willing to travel for a good meetup party.
  2. I am soooo glad there are people like you around who would rather believe the government hype [ :blah: ] and the word of tricksters trying to make money from your (bad) risk taking behaviours [ ] than the scientific research, the medical community, and the experiences of informed users. If you are going to bother reading, you might want to brush up on your comprehension abilities. In these times of scarce resources, the less of you who want my candy the better! Thank you.
  3. Just read through the (w)hole post. A couple of thoughts. K is an anesthestic, not a tranquilizer. It is still in common usage in the medical and dental professions for a variety of reason, but most particularly for anesthesia with children. It is the safest one around and is completely eliminated from the body in 3 hours. It is, strangely enough, also used to assist in the detoxification from other drugs -- heroin and alcohol. But, enough of that. You CAN overdose, but it takes a HUGE amount. The effect, as stated, will be respiratory failure. Artificial breathing uintil the short acting drug wears off (mayber 1/2 hour) will "solve the problem". Injections are intramuscular, not intravenous. That's right, into the muscle, not directly into the blood stream. It is a very different high but still lots of fun -- a little smoother. Different muscles make for different trips (shoulder, thigh, buttock). Don't do this out of your house. And, be careful -- crossing the needle barrier is a very risky thing to do, it is often hard to step back. If you are spiritually questing, maybe. If you are just trying to find a better way to get high -- think twice. K is not physically addictive -- your body will not require it - so stopping cold-turkey causes no physical threat of death. In fact, if you really have K (and not some synthetic garbage being passed off as K) it is probably the safest recreational substance you can choose. It is, however, strongly psychologically addictive. Users should be very careful to monitor their behaviour and try to excercise harm reduction principles, particularly since the fast tolerance requires large amounts which are just plain hard on the sinuses (see other posts for harm reduction strategies). K is still the best cocktail drug around. It is a wonderful mix with many drugs, except downers. Alcohol is a downer after the first drink. Two e's are no longer e, they are speed. If you have trouble getting high on e but like K, you should look for MDA - it will absolutely do the trick for you (My chemistry is like this). As always, set and setting. EVAN -- I would soooo love to party with you!
  4. Life is much simpler if you know how they operate. Unless you are planning on carrying large quantities, don't swallow anything. If you really feel the need to internalize, use the more accessible entrances. The likelihood of being strip searched on a domestic flight is so damn slim, it is rididulous. Remember, they will search luggage before bodies - if there is nothing to give them cause to suspect that you are in violation of any laws, they will leave you alone. You know, if you have things in your car, don't speed! Know how they work. They only search if you are suspicious. The list of what makes you suspicious is pretty simple - they are sexist, racist, homophobic. Be calm, friendly, smile, polite. Dress neatly, if you are a woman, wear a skirt, get a haircut, keep your eyes clear and available. Answer questions directly and with as few words as possible, never offer information they did not specifically request (if you are going to visit friends, don't offer that - they will ask who and where and are suspicious if people know people from the other side of the country - they will ask how you know them. Don't give them information that they can ask about further. Just say it is a pleasure trip. If they ask where then say where - not with who. Going to dinner - don't name the restaurant. End the discussion as quickly as possible. ALWAYS tell as much of the truth as possible, then stop. Simple. Simple. Simple.) Do not try to embelish a story. Always say "yes, sir. Thank you, sir. Oh, I didin't realize that sir" Do not hesitate in your responses. Laugh, but don't make jokes. Ask for advice, directions, recommendations, etc. Give them power so they don't feel a need to invoke some. If you don't think you can do this without breaking a sweat or stammering - if you believe you are doing something wrong - and you transfer this belief to your demeanor, DO NOT attempt it. The firm belief that you are doing nothing wrong is absolutely essential.
  5. Gonna be in SF from Oct 21 - Nov. 6 Other than the Fetish and Fantasy Ball on Hallowe'en, what's going on or where must I make sure to go? And, are party favours readily available, or shall I take my own? Thanks
  6. No nosebleeds, lots of gunk and chunks in the morning. Warm showers are good for loosening up the crap -- it is the residue (the carrier) that is left after the drug has been absorbed. You have to be really careful, especially with the synthetic crap to make sure that you really powder it up fine before snorting -- press it under a spoon or put it through the coffee grinder. Holes through the septum are not uncommon in hard core users - really. I know 3 people who have them. It may or may not be a problem -- if it gets big enough (like you don't stop and let stuff heal) it can make your nose cave in (so the fear inducing md says). Apparently surgery is not that effective at closing the holes, so you can just get some giant piercing jewelery and tell people you did it on purpose, I suppose. The same ENT gave a little lesson on how to snort with less damage - although it takes a bit of getting used to. His advice: use a small and flexible tubing. Don't put the straw up, send it back about an inch, and then dip down, directly into the sinus cavity. This will cause less harm to the scilia (the hair in your nostrils) and the cartilidge, have less problems with powder drips (and k-los - like halos - around the nose), and increase absorption. It looks really bizarre, because the nostrils go about 2 inches back, but this is the advice. It was news to me - going back and down rather than up. However, it has proven very effective and quite simple once you figure out the topography of your nose.
  7. If you are only taking a few pills or a small amount of anything, for that matter, except pot which the dogs can smell a million miles away, keep it in your pocket. Make sure not to wrap it in foil!!!! You are asked to empty your pockets, but they don't check them, they just want the metal stuff gone so it doesn't cause the detectors to go off continually for keys and change. If you don't buzz, they don't look. If you are really afraid to carry them, put pills in a bottle with other pills, like aspirin, but this is far more risky than carrying. If you are uncomfortable with your pocket, you could duct tape it to your body just above the crotch. The searches are primarily for weapons, not drugs. Unless you act really suspicious, stammer, don't look them in the eye, don't answer questions with too much information, or act nervous, they won't bother you and you won't get freaked if they search your luggage, because there is nothing there. If you don't think you can pull it off sweetly, don't do it.
  8. I used to smoke - primarily hash. Loved the smell. Hate the choking smell of pot. Didn't do any other drugs - not even alcohol. Smoked it for 15 years. Started hating the high. Dopey. Couldn't finish a sentence without forgetting what I was talking about. Horrible munchies (ever had a food hangover?) Too lazy to move. Tired. blah, blah, blah. Gave it up as soon as I found K. Way less unhappy side effects. Much more fun conversations. Way more fun dancing. No munchiesl Still short-term high. Still don't drink. Gimme bumps, I'm a K-Ho!!
  9. I had a similar trip once -- the one you always try to get to again.... I had complete ego dissolution. I wasn't sure if I was dead or I had just disappeared. I knew the body (no "mine" anymore) in the chair must look different to the people around me. Heard a voice say "This is the way its going to be from now on" and the voice that used to be me said "Ok, I guess I'll deal with it". I managed to crawl up long enough to ask the person sitting next to me if I was still breathing (since my MD had told me that respiratory failure due to anesthesia was the only real "overdose" reaction to watch for - and that it would be temporary). She said "yes", I said "Good, make sure I don't stop" and slid right back down. This experience, combined with the experiences I had on DMT, led me to believe that I had experienced what DM Turner had described as the "psychedelic shaman" phenomena - having seen the "other side" and returned to live in this dimension without fear. Made sense to me. Seems that whatever happens after we die -- in this existence (I mean for all we know, this IS the afterlife and we are already dead!) -- we'll just deal with it, like we do everything that happens to us now! And, if there isn't anything else that happens, we will never know. (This is called escatalogical verification - proof positive only. One of the best words and concepts I learned at university!) Now THAT is why I trip.
  10. I'm sorry you had a bad night. As a general rule it is not a good idea to take more than one dose of something at a time, especially when you don't know what it is. You can always step up once you get going, but dosages are just that -- the required amount to get you into the primary zone of ideal reaction. Remember, your dealer didn't make the pill and likely has no idea whatsoever what is in it. Even if they try it themselves, that doesn't mean they know what it is. When I sold powder, I knew exactly what it was, because I had it laboratory tested - but I guarantee most retailers wouldn't know where to get that done, even if they cared to bother (which they don't). Some dealers enjoy just creating little cocktails for people - rides they think people will enjoy regardless of what they have asked for. A pressed pill could be almost anything and will always have something in it besides the drug you think you are taking (binders, etc.) It is very rarely true that more of a drug will make you higher. There are some exceptions (lsd, for example), but not many. And, unless you are very careful, certain drugs completely change their effects at different dosages, and these effects are not linearly related to dosage (i.e., smaller amount more, huge difference in the type of high). This is true for almost all drugs. A little pot, giggles; a lot of pot, sleep. A little alcohol, stimulant; a lot of alcohol, depressant. You do know that multiple dosing of mdma eliminates the effect of mdma (by overshooting the window of effectiveness) and translates directly into speed (amphetamine), right? And, if you don't know what it is and you take more than is expected (i.e., 3 pills instead of 1) you run the very real risk of life challenging overdose. It might be worth considering that a slighter reduced high will guarantee that you live to get high again another day.
  11. Wow! I have seen a lot of pills and my time, and I only recognized 4 of those in the pics! I have to say, I doubt I would take a pill with a skull and cross bones on it. I'm funny that way! (Damn those spiritual questers.) Evan, those K pics were just plain mean. Throwbacks to sitting in a hotel room in Mexico with 1000s of bottles to open and pour. Blister city. Oh, BTW, that dancing K is the bomb!
  12. I'm surprised you folks do so little reading. If you are afraid to freak out and do something (especially something violent) on acid, you really aught not to be doing any drugs at all. The trip is mediated by set and setting. Setting is where you do the drugs. Set is your head space. If you have it in your head that you might "freak out" you have just "set" yourself up for a bad drug experience. Acid is a love trip. Don't believe the government hype -- the reason that acid is so strongly classified is that it causes "subversive" behaviour in its users, who are no longer willing to buy into the war mongering capitalistic agenda. Ask your parents, I'm sure they'll tell you all about it. It is, however, difficult to obtain unless you know someone -- its distribution is often personal (i.e., the acid heads pass it to each other down a chain, mostly to share the good vibe). This doesn't mean quantity is not available, just that there is an "inside" component to the availability of the good stuff. (For example, the best acid I ever did was call ruby pyramid -- a sacred substance, specially created in an old hippy-like community - literally a red gel pyramid. Pure, beautiful, enlightening, world-view transforming, healing. It was never available "on the street.") PCP, on the other hand, is a "horse" of a different colour. Unlike Ketamine, its very different younger sister, PCP was not developed for human consumption. It IS a horse tranquilizer. It is extremely dangerous. Dosage is difficult to control and effects are not linearly related to dose (that means a tiny bit more may have a huge difference in effect). The hallucinations are considerably different than acid (which are, more often than not, usually visual drifting, color streaking, and other visual distortions). Unless you are prone to seeing entities, you aren't likely to on acid. This stuff (PCP) often causes extreme visuals, violent reactions, and it, not acid, is the drug that had kids thinking they could fly and jumping out of windows! This is the drug that usually takes 5 or 6 cops at a time to hold a person on a bad trip down. The trip is long. If you insist that you are going to take it, start with a really small dose - probably less than the person who usually takes it takes. This way, if you like it, you'll still be able to take it another day. And, a co-pilot you trust (someone sober, or at least considerably less high than you and you will listen to when you are high) to babysit. And, you might consider a time other than moving day to try something new and reality shifting! SET and SETTING.
  13. I understand the boredom that comes once your "friends" don't "need" you anymore, and wouldn't help you if their lives depended on it .... Having lost most of my money and being sick as a dog, I've been clean for long enough to know I don't particularly like it. But, I didn't spend most of my life high, and was VERY picky about what choices I made. I stuck almost exclusively to K (no physical hook) unless I was testing product (quality first!) or at a party (LSD, MDA, MDMA mostly) or if there was a special treat to try (2CB, DMT). No alcohol either. Had some pretty intimate relationships with users and rehabs. I learned a lot from rehab stuff - followed my own 12 step program (even though, at the time, I wasn't a user). Great strategy for life in general in a dominator/control based culture. Helped me a lot when I did start experimenting. Controlled use is a risky walk for an addict. It is possible, though. You know the drill -- as long as it is not all you think about between using (either I will, I won't, I can wait, ...) then you should be just fine. "They" say we appreciate those things we have to work for or wait for anyway! Good luck.
  14. 2CB is a realy nice addition to the mix. Some people eat it, but snorting it give the wildest visuals -- burns like hell, though! But it is tru, K is the ultimate cocktail.
