i suggest u read the board a little more often. believe it or not there are a few ppl like myself who like jp, but arent FANATICAL, and can most DEFINITELY be realistic about things. that board has a lovely mix of ignorant assholes, intelligent ppl, and somewhere inbetween. if everyone on there kissed jps ass, there would be no need for moderators- you won't have to look too hard to find some negative comments, but then again...who am i to say..not like I READ the board or nething...Originally posted by lollie60JP board is funny ...

ok GIMME a break...ive been to exit NYE wen it SUCKED all year round and that place is still packed. ITS NYE amateur nite, like DOUBLE the amount of regular clubbers go out, you have to have a PRETTY SHITTY venue / dj lineup NOT to have a good nite nye. ex. bein roxy, thanks eve PACKED, every other time ...crappy. all last year exit was A GHOST TOWN,,,,nye? packed. jp filled n emptied exit's capacity almost TWICE nye...and old sf theme parties were more expensive than nye and he didnt seem to have a problem packin them in. you honestly think after UNCEREMONIOUSLY leaving sf in november, leavin a bunch of jp fanatics LIKE LOST LITTLE KIDS feining for their weekly jp fixes, that jp thought for A SECOND he couldnt pack out exit? expensive or cheap? CMON jps following is like a cult, he coulda charged 60 bux and everyone's right arm n kids woulda gone...def enuf to pack exit. i just cant see jp worrying so much bout having enuf ppl there, wen its a HUGE nite, his first time spinning since 11/9 @ sf, no classics w/ him at sf...he DEFINITELY KNEW he coudla charged more. LOOK AT WAT THE MAN gets away with...he closed early nye, hyped up a bday party that isnt comin till THIS WEEKEND NOW IM MARCH WEN his actual bday is january, and EVERYONE IS STILL WORRIED SICK bout gettin in and dying to go. we got NO INFO bout this party for all of january, and half of february and the man still has ppl DYING to get in there. and even after this supposed miami DEBACLE...ill bet my ass blacks STILL gonna be packed come saturday. so im sorry, i dont see the price bein low as JPS insurance that he'd entice enuf ppl to show up.

did it say it was down? or that server was too busy? b/c i got a fone call @ work 9 am sunday sayin sf was raided n by the time i got home from work at 6 that nite the board was up n running,,,,and BELIEVE me its sad im logged onto that board wenever im home n not working and i had NO PROBLEM between then and wednesday gettin on. and i was on....checking thruout the day bein that i was off those days. it was late last nite that i got the message" the board is closed" wen i tried to logon. so i have no clue whether it was just you, or maybe server busy or watever but i was consistently on since sunday nite..im just hoping this isnt a sign saturday is canceledOriginally posted by carrera69JP's board may have shut completely yesterday but it was down last Sunday
as soon as I heard SF was raided I went online and the board was down and a few friends I was on the phone with on Sunday couldn't get in either
it seems the board came back up later in the week but went back down again
we were thinking it was a server problem until it stayed down for a while and figured it was shut on purpose

LOL NO THATS NOT TRUE...SF WAS RAIDED SUNNNNNNNNDAY MORNING, THE BOARD WENT DOWN YESTERDAY..WHICH WOULD BE WEDNESDAY. WHAT I'VE HEARD IS THAT KLEE SHUT THE BOARD DOWN B/C THERE WAS A LOT OF DRUG/FAKE ID/ BLAH BLAH TALK ON IT , AND SHE IS AWAY IN MIAMI RETURNING FRIDAY. SO SHE SUPPOSEDLY JUST SHUT IT DOWN UNTIL SHE GETS BACK AND HAS A CHANCE TO DELETE THE THREADS THAT COULD B A PROBLEM FOR JP. PART OF THE INDICTMENT FOR SF HAD REFERENCES TO THE SF MESSAGEBOARD ON IT, SO LEAVING MASS AMOUNTS OF DAMAGING MATERIAL ON THE JP BOARD WOULD BE PRETTY RISKY. SO NO, IT HAS NOT BEEN SHUT DOWN SINCE SF GOT RAIDED. AS FOR BLACK BEING CANCELLED, I HONESTLY DON'T KNOW. AND PARIS IS WORKING THE DOOR, SNEAKERS AREN'T NECESSARILY OUTLAWED LOL BUT I'D BE CAREFUL. yeah cheetah was def. sick, got there bout 130 line was CRAZY...FREEZIN out there...then coat check was FULL of course. but the music was awesome so i threw my jacket somewhere n hoped it'd b there wen i got back lol. place was jumpin till close of course, sad for it to end
then it was off to disco, to wait outside even longer but worth it. man was i tired
