I WISH I was also going up for the June 10/11 weekend - Derrick Carter @ Circus and Friday and Porter/Sasha at Aria on Saturday - what a great weekend! Plus all the festivals for Grand Prix, etc. Ah well! Amanda - I have been keeping an eye out as well for Memorial Day weekend - unfortunatly (or maybe not), nothing great is going on (party/club-wise). I was thinking we could go to Aria on Saturday night because it should be OK (residents spin) and it's free for girls. Anyway, that's not worth hitting up until 4am or so, so it can be after we go to strip clubs/bars. Stereo is probably not worth going to at all. I dont know any of the DJ's at Circus on that Saturday, but I will research more. We have Saturday night and Sunday night, so I was figuring we could go "all out" on Saturday night and chill more on SUnday night (dinner, chill, etc). Plus, Sundays, a lot closes early.

We may stop at Avalon...I want to stop by Felt also, and a bday party...gotta see! Def in for Rise though! And Prplhz - We will have fun!

I had a GREAT time at Celebration. Loved the setup....great venue...good crowd....it exceeded my expectations. We got there around 10pm and left around 11am. Music from about 6am-end was great. Danced all night. What a freakin blast. Scene at Stereo on Sunday for Morales was interesting. Quite a scene. We were there for the end only. Craaazyyy.

I saw Paolo at Cellar Bar in NYC a few weeks ago and he was great. Would like to catch a longer set next time around, hopefully he comes back to the states again soon.

Franklin is nice - I've stayed at the Clay 3 years in a row and really liked it and it's affordable. It's on 15th and Washington. Staying at the Fairwind this month and also looks descent.

I'm heading to Montreal for NYE - hitting up Celebration, as well as Morales at Stero.

Oh lordy!! That pic of me is actually giving Vicman a birthday lapdance! Pink room is awesome. The club is the old exit, but once again they're trying to totally re-do it. I believe it's getting better. Door situation sucks but the Pink room is def. chill and has some more parties coming up.

What time is good to get to Le Souk on Sunday? Do we know set times?

Anyone know any fun disco/80's/90's dance clubs in NYC? Pollyesters is shut down, and Culture Club is 21+. I am planning a bachelorette party, and we are going to Hunkamania first at Avalon, but it's over around 9:00. We want another fun place to go to, but not another show and the club can't be 21+ (brides sis is under 21). Any ideas for other fun activities in NYC?

Hey! Glad you had a good time! Jason Jollins spins at Ikon regularly now, (I believe), but the three of them don't have regular parties.
