I've used the strips and they work. I would recommend them
My friend is a dentist and told me the strips are only proven to work on adolescent teeth.
I don't really know of any 8 year olds that need their teeth whiter.

Suggesting creatine to someone who just started bulking up is stupid as he may not need it at all.

Ask any good dentist. Two of them are my friends and will say over and over that BriteSmile is the best way to go. $500-600 and in one shot your teeth are as white as they can safely be.

it's temporary in that when you're off creatine, you lose the water weight.. so you'll look a bit smaller.
Look in the mirror not a scale. Fact is that Creatine helps build muscle mass and strength gains. Eventually the water weight needs to come off or you may look puffy. Creatine should not be looked at as something bad.

I need to know the quickest and most healthy way of gaining weight. Never mind Creatine, I want the weight to stay.

Man, that sucks. And you know the insurance company wont reimburse you for what you put in it. Maybe you could sue the old bat that jumped the curb and get extra cash.
Very hard to sue since nobody was in the car. Insurance companies that don't pay much sometimes cause people to fake injuries to get more $. Without being in the car when the accident happened the only injury was to the car itself.

You have to set your time zone in your user cp settings. It's under options, I think.

It's all in the clientel. Why buy a bottle of goose for $425 (at Drais) when you can buy a bottle of Cristol for $995. Oh yes.....we get it all the time. People pay these prices .....no questions asked. Why I will never know....I don't wanna ask. I believe it's in the service too. If you get a bottle and your waitress is more than awesome then you're more likely to come back, ask for her and get a bottle every time. I have a lot of customers coming back asking for me now cuz I will sit there and bullshit with them and they luv it. I'm a realist...what can I say....hehehe.....
