Mostly true... but trance sasha and at crobar this weekend, and pvd at spirit next weekend. PVD at the park is too commercial, and so are his CDs, but I don't think he is as bad as tiesto. You just have to realized that certain sets[like central park] are likely to be commerical. As long as pvd still spins dark shit at the end of an 8hr. set, and releases tight shit on vinyl, then trance is not dead.

JOHN DIGWEED-much bigger than Tiesto and PVD-THOUGH WE DON'T SEE HIM ENOUGH. I missed him last night at Sasha. From what I heard, Tiesto sucked at Avalon last weekend. PVD is awesome but I don't think his style of melodic trance is not that groundbreaking anymore. But, PVD is a ridiculously talented DJ capable of spining some beautiful music. I'll definately be there, but I think if he is going to do anything really tight-it will be at spirit, not central park.

I thought it was very tight and I had a blast, but it sure wasn't flawless. Did anyone wish Digweed was there too? How long did he spin till? Did people like the stage?

No offense to Sasha, but who has the time,energy, and loot. I'm trying to see DD, PVD, and Sander in the next two weeks. Tiesto and Sasha are too much for me to handle. I have to survive at least until july4 when its carl cox&DannyT I'd love to go to sasha, but the nyc lineup is hurting me ...its one of those nice kinds of pain though

its expensive and I'll have to skip Sasha, but what can we do. remember how much S&D tix were at the door-$60 or something Its much worse for other music genres. Madonna...MSG...FLOOR SEATING..US $154.50 - US $304.50. sorry friends, but 2 pvd sets in nyc on friday night in june is worth $70 to me. that $70 doesn't include all eXpenses !

central park is $37 and spirit is $25. Its all online. to buy spirit tix, you have to enter your park reservation#. Don't skip the park, its a little commercial, but its still fun

no no no no. The Global DVD, the reflections CD, and the cheating with the G4 is enough. PVD is one of my favorite DJs in the world and I don't want him spinning at stadiums for 100,000 typicals. I'm pumped 4 the central park after-party.
