jnr shld play fridays or saturdays as he did for years sundays & mondays are peculiar nights & i long for the old twilo saturdays. discotq fridays. bank saturdays . even shelter fridays he cld at least do sol on saturdays or fridays . or work 33rd same nights

what is going on with jnr 2007-08 nyc bookings all the good nights 2000-06 havE dried up??

the MOS mix is great its like 1995. at pacha I paid $40. sandra did a hot progg set,. oakey came on & I pooped my khakis for an hour & had to leave at 230 its true

ok this is a totally subjective review but here goes with my night got to pacha like 1115. it got really crowded by 12: sandra collins opened i havent heard her in about 3-4 years but she was actually great! banging funky progressive. oakey came on at 1:. he played some 'travelling' style trance. played an instrumental of faster pussycat. he played an oldie off GU:NY. he played 'southern sun' he played a big hands in the air trance tune about 2-ish. I was a GIANT oakey fan from 1998-2002 but i cant get into him anymore. I was bored by most of his set. also to be honest I had a bit of diarrhea from the greek salad/pita bread dinner i ate. i am a vegetarian i dont eat turkey at thanksgiving. i left at 215-230 it was the earliest i have ever bailed on oakey. his studio mezmor set in march/april was also pretty dull. sandra collins was MUCH better!! i guess I'll give oakey another shot in 08 but it was BORING . truth- from a long time oakey fan

2 bouncers were so rude at carl cox pacha I am considering boycotting that club except nin rare circumstances

hopefully jnr will still have 1 free on line page so we can see his upcoming dates... Im not paying for his site & I predict it lasts less than 8 months.... Ive been a regular since twilo & Im appalled...

cox's music was superb. too crowded too hot

cox was really HOTT!! cox was really great. at the top level of his game he's shown nyc in recent years. i was rocking from like 1230-3 but betw 230-330 it became insane crowds on the floor. I was kind of pushed against the boxes on the first floor & like 3 am-ish I had had enough of that. plus a couple of the bouncers were total assholes so i decided between the heat & crowd & asshole bouncers I HAD HAD ENOUGH. SHAME COS I CAN ALWAYS STIck with cox til 5-530 am when ever he usually closes. how late did he go? 1-5 id guess? 530? i loved his music but by 330 id had enough of the environment and that is unusual for my clubbing, Im usually a lot sturdier than that. still i rated cox ****1/2 of 5 stars, my 4th best club night of 2007: best club night Ive hade in 2007 was derrick carter at sullivan. #2 is dj vibe at pacha. #3 vibe/calderone studio mezmor opening. #4 cox at pacha 10/20/07 i hope cox comes back by march or earlier hes not in nyc nearly enough recently

i thought jason ojeda's opener til 2 am was pretty average. morillo came on but his hard house sound the last few years is so generic compared to the funky house he used to play at centrofly. i was bored & left by 4 am. way too many guidos his crowd is so gross now
