I can tell ya that a lot of people don't go to Twilo Miami because it is SO SUPER GAY. Personally, though I am straight, I have never had an aversion to going to very very gay clubs - often times they have the best music... but... Twilo is another story. I have never (outside of WMC) seen a girl walk in there, or a straight guy for that matter. It's really has a vibe of being strictly for gorgeous, well built, gay guys. It kinda sucks, because I heard it's great from my friends who went there during WMC - but any other time of the year I can't get anyone willing to go there with me. =/

a great resource to check out too is www.vrbo.com you can rent condos there directly from the owners and save MAJOR BUCKS!!! Last year I got a condo *directly on the sand* on Ocean Drive, 3 blocks from Nikki Beach for like $75 a night!!! My friends who had paid in the 300's per night for their hotel were kickin it at my place cuz it was cooler, comfier, and way way wayyyyy cleaner! Just do yourself a favor and make sure you stay in South Beach - book your room and the rest is gravy, baby! YAY!!!! IT'S ALMOST HERE!!!! I actually prefer goin by myself! ;D When I go to the club, I just wanna get lost in the vibe, and dance my ass off. It irritates the SHIT out of me to sit there at talk and blah blah blah with friends. If I wanted to do that, I'd go for coffee! hahaaha It's nice to just do your own thing, and go a little bit crazy. Hell, I'll fly across the country and go to a place where I don't know a single soul with no problem - some of those times have been the most fun! So... goin with friends is fine and dandy if that's your thing. Actually I go many places that have blacklight. This is *Clubplanet* messageboard afterall, and it's pretty damn common to find UV lights in most clubs. And yeah, sometimes I like the filthy, warehousey, down and dirty clubs. Those are the ones I find that people are there more for the music than the fashion show. And to tell you the truth, I don't get my tattoos for other people. I get them for myself, for my own reasons, and *I* will know that it's there. That's all that really matters. Please tell me how this differs from a tattoo that can only be seen when a girl takes her panties off???? Only the people she wants to see it, see it. Many people do many things that are not instantaneously visible to everyone around them. Is the issue here that it's a tattoo that is only viewable under certain conditions? A Brazilian wax is only visible under certain conditions, but plenty of you have quite a liking for those

As I mentioned before, it's gonna be on my upper back and shoulders - won't really have to be *naked* at the club ;} Who knows, I might even run into some of you guys in NY or Miami, and you won't even know I'm one of those totally senseless geeks who has an invisible tattoo. ~let's not even get me started on some of the stuff people have or do, that noone can see unless they choose to reveal it... ~ ~h

Totally! I usually keep that in my back pocket, right along with a big ass disco ball that shoots lasers out of it, a couple turntables, and an Avalon sound system. No. of course not. But it will be something I will have seen at the time and place I want it to be seen. ~h
