Phat Music Sessions and Proton Radio are proud to present Deeper Substance - London featuring Demi at:

Reserved

643 Washington Ave.

Miami Beach

Thursday November 14th

Doors 10 p.m.

Door: $5 All nite

Along with residents Chris Duque and Mono Henao.

We have the honour to present Deeper Substance featuring Demi this Thursday, November 14th. Mark your calendars. This will be a night to remember.

Deeper Substance is one of London's true jewel parties. Deep and funky house are the order of the day at this decidedly experimental London night. The likes of Lee Burridge, Rui da Silva, Clive Henry, Jonathon Lisle, James Zabiela, Paolo Mojo and Desyn Masiello are part of Deeper Substance's history.

Deeper Substance has been holding together the true spirit of music- maintaining an underground approach as it veers away from commercialism in its entirity. So often we hear how the major influence on a DJ/ Producer's career stems back to the underground. Nice it is still evident.

Deeper Substance is about getting down to the basics of what really makes a good party go off- DJs with talent, passion for what they do and freedom to play the music they really believe in. Names, attitudes and industry bull**** are surplus to requirements.

As mentioned the likes of Lee Burridge and James Zabiela frequent the decks, loving every moment they spend playing to an appreciative crowd- even asking to play again. It is an intimate affair pushing the scene into new directions with minimal financial output- isn't this what dance music should be like?

Demi will bring to South Beach all the energy and attibutes that have consolidated Deeper Substance. Being one of the finalists for the Cream Resident DJ Competition this year, he will be playing alongside Danny Tenaglia at Be Yourself at Arc this Friday November 8th. The day before he will be with the Lowend Specialists.

It is obviously an honor to have Demi with us. Along with our very own Chris Duque and Mono Henao. A true underground sound, a vibeful crowd, a Phat Music Sessions classic.

Yo Marco, this sounds like it's going to be a classic night.

Reserved 643 fits the party like a glove bro!!! It's awesome, it's like being inside Oscar de la Renta's submarine or something...the place is definitively a diva on itself, let along the vicious talents of both Mono and Duque...seriously...if they're going to be half as good as they where on Halloween night...we are going to have some serious getting down going there.

cheers my good brother!

get the funk out!

Demi's groovetech mix is nice. it's on the experimental side.

Hopefully you and Nightstar can make it.

Demi is very happy to play at our party. He's been updated of what we have been doing for the scene, the way we understand it.

Expect a few nice surprises on the works for that night. BTW it would be a pleasure to meet you and introduce you to Chris and Mono.

My respects,

MD

What time is Demi expected to play?? It's tough to party on a Thursday!

Yeah, I'll probably stay 'til the end...:D

I know that weekdays could be tough. Many of us work on Friday mornings.

For that same reason, and because productivity can tend to be low after a good night out, I am happy to inform you that Demi will start his set early, as early as 11 p.m.

Now, for all of you that are familiar with Demi and his Deeper Substance party, you might also know that he has another night called Substantially Deeper.

At Substantially Deeper he feautures the very best in deep underground house and encompass a more soulful sound.

So far your satisfaction, Demi will be playing an EXTENDED SET that will blend what he does in both nights. No need to wait until late to listen to him, he will swing you since early enough for everyone to have a chance to enjoy the night. And he won't be responsable for how late you decide to stay.

We are on the works for more surprises. As they are confirmed I will let you guys know. In the meantime, get ready for a killer night.

This Thursday we have Demi of Deeper Substance along with our resident DJs Chris Duque and Mono Henao.

Just wanted to share with you what Danny Tenaglia wrote in his fan page dtourism about Demi this past Friday:

"Tonight my guest DJ is Demi

Come and check out this Greek kid Demi from the UK! His perseverance is incredible.

You all know I wouldn't just anyone go in there...His CD's are awesome. I'm sure he'll do fine live."

I respect everybody's opinion. Including Danny's I guess.
