Last I heard, Tunnel became a banquet hall. I suppose someone could theoretically throw a party there is the price is right. Either way, it wouldn't be the same since they sold off all their equipment, lighting, disco balls, etc. Either way, the flyer seems a little fishy.BTW, the eyes of New York party was a weekly held at Tunnel back in 2000-2001; also it wasn't listed on Cypher's website.
