There is another option, which is the only one I do, because I can't take a 5 month old baby to the beach...way TOO hot.3) Go to a tanning salon. Most guys don't like this option because they think it's only for women. But it's the only way I can tan without burning. 10 minutes every other day until desired color is reached. No peeling.
