I normally don't see this much overtime. But I am covering 2 seperate shifts. And the man power is low because of all the people on Vacations. And one of the other guys is out sick. Unfortunately it will end soon. I am in the process of training people to be back ups for when the myself and the other routers are out sick or on Vaca. How do I explain my job in a nutshell. It is kinda hard because of the systems we use you would really only understand if you used the programs and systems. But basically everything that gets done in the field such as work orders, routes, appointments Electrical Turn Ons, Turn Offs. It all is generated by me or another router. Also have to generate and pull reports, statistics etc... On all field workers... It is a long drawn out process. But hopefully you get the picture.
