trancerxn112 Posted August 31 Report Share Posted August 31 I dont have to be in class till about 12:00 so i usually wake up early and workout... now my question is, can i workout in the morning and then again after my classes are up? my school has a really nice gym. ou812 Posted August 31 Report Share Posted August 31 It's difficult, I've tried doing double sessions on occassion and I see no real benefit to it at all. The only reason pro's do it and can get away with it is for several reasons.1) They are on steroids which enables their body to recover much faster.2) They are genetically gifted in the 1st place so their bodies can deal with the added stress.3) Right after that morning workout, they go home, eat a giant meal and then sleep for 3 or 4 hours, wake up and eat then sleep some more, then go to the gym again later in the day. elitesnautica Posted September 1 Report Share Posted September 1 Why not wake up with some cardio and supplemental exercises like abs, calves, or forearms and then in the afternoon get a solid workout in.Other than that I agree with rackham.
