I figured take the week to get my body to fully recover...BUT DAMN I FEEL LIKE A FAT FUCK!!!I cannot wait till Monday when I get my ass back in the gym. At one point my body just got so run down between work and the gym that I had to do the week. I felt great when I went back. And starting to see improvements where I was lagging... But for that week. I was a moron and along with taking a week off the gym I took a week or more off my " Diet " if thats what you wanna call it. And I am still recovering...I put on too much weight this summer.
