After summer ended I started eating like shit and havent been consistent with the gym. Just started again yesterday, but the eating shitty food still continues. I gotta start runnin with 5 lb. dumbells to get back into shape or just get myself to run for that matter.BTW Tommy I love Chinese food too. I am eating left over Lo Mein as I type.
