simple....

Glue only bonds when its in open air to cause the chemical reaction to harden and stick to a surface, since the glue is a sealed bottle there is no chemical reaction so the glue stay’s in it glue state,

I bet you’re going to ask this;

Q. What about the air inside the glue bottle after u use it.

A. Since the mass/volume of the chemical inside the bottle is greater then the air, it converts it into a glue vapor that work with the glue to keep it as a glue agent.

Notice u always got to cut or pinch a hole on the top of the glue after u have used it. Since that is always exposed to the open air it causes it to reach and harden.
