I know they sell glowsticks in the village at St.Marks or you can try www.clubtoys.com, they have a bunch of stuff you can order.

if you want to spend some $:

8th Street Lab has some of the unusual stuff.

if you realize you need them during the day, 9-5:

canal street, 1-3 blocks off broadway, shops across from Pearl Paint. a lot of those plastics stores have them. I go to C&L Lighting, big selection. but the best

if you're on your way to the club:

try any Ricky's. but you'd have to be going early to make it before they close. they have a much smaller selection than canal st.

if you can plan ahead just once:

order online. my bf and I ordered 3 wholesale packs, split the cost and the quantity, and just keep them around for those "on the way out the door" times. it's been totally worth it: 6" stick costs $0.89 online, costs $2.99 in the stores. so your $25 to $50 upfront investment gets you almost 3 1/2 x more sticks.
