At the moment they are proposing legislation to make them available only at drug stores, which will be screening purchasers. This will eventually lead to prescription status.Funny, thing about this is that they are not even citing the same reasons for this as they were for ephedra pills. They are using the fact that these pills are being used to "make" crank.
