that's just what i was thinking

Common misperception: eating less will make you lose weight... FALSE!

Take it from someone who lost 40 lbs. you eat the RIGHT foods, not less. and work out alongside. that's all you need to do

PS, if you just eat that little for a meal, you're gonna eventually crash and pig out on something later. It's inevitable

Hmm.. I know you're both definitely right, but eating less = losing weight for me. I've done it before, I'm doing it again. I'm only talking about like 5lbs anyways. It's not like I need a major weight reduction or anything lol.
