I made a post on here a while back asking how many women actually reach orgasm from penetration. Few said they did, so I doubt any woman would reach orgasm while being raped. I'm not a female, but I'd imagine you'd have to be physically attracted to the person you're having sex with before you could ever reach an orgasm. Guys are different.
