lalate
Any recommendations? We're flying in Saturday morning, and will arrive by 9am. I've heard the Paris breakfast buffet is pretty good?a. all the non-buffet food at Paris is exceptional. You wont be able to stop eating it (I wasnt about too lol).b. the buffet is greatc. the buffet on Sunday is FREE champaigne (yeah, thats my secret free alcohol pre-party for GVR...... Im so ghetto lol jk)d. the breakfast in Barnaby Coast's dinner next to Drais is very good and ridiculous cheap. I think it was 3 eggs, 3 saus, 3 bacons, 6 toast, and coffee for like 2.99 or 3.99. The discount starts at 12 midnight. Free great breakfast food.
rockstarnoir
Paris buffet is good. If you're looking for a higher end buffet there's on at Bally's that's top notch.
BillLe
Since you're flying on on Sat none of the buffets will be having their brunch. Bally's Sterling Brunch is the best, but again that's on Sunday. I only like 3 buffets here in town. Paris, Bellagio and Cravings at Mirage. At Paris the only spots you'll be able to grab breakfats is the St. Louis Cafe and the buffet. If you can hold off till 11, then I'd recommend Mon Ami Gabi or the Eiffel Tower Restaurant. Mon Ami Gabi is a french bistro and food is awesome. Eiffel is now open for cocktails and serves a light lunch menu from 11-3pm. Awesome views at both restaraunts.
vegasguy25
Bouchon at the Venetian's Venezia tower server breakfast from 7-11. Also, Bellagio's buffet is phenomenal, better than some sit-down restaurants.

A very famous French (as opposed to Italian) place to eat in Paris (orig for bread) is spelled Fouchon (I think I got that right) lol
happykittn
Awesome, thanks for all the info! We'll probably be pretty hungry in the morning, so I think we'll check out Paris's breakfast buffet. After that, I think we'll take a nap and then roll up our sleeves to start gambling.
