Possibly too much makeup, it does looked caked on..i'm convinced she had some type of surgery pulling back her eyes.. they dont' look normal. they look stretched and un-natural and I can't imagine drugs doing that.. this looks surgical.her lips look swollen.. possibly the result of too much lip plumper.also, bad choice in makeup added to just a bad pic... This happens when girls get waaaaaay to tan and wear the same colors.. but No, she doesnt look normal. These stars have nothing else to do but spend millions on unnecessary surgeries.
