I am 100% positive Boris will play the same way he does at crobar, he is not a good enough DJ to differ from his style that packs crobar every month. I can almost guarentee he will play his tribal and a lil tech mixed in there.

I am probably going to open up a serious can of worms by saying this, but I am going to say it anyway.

I have said it before and I will say it again. I PERSONALLY don't like Boris but I respect him and his ability to pack Crobar each and every week. I am going to come to Silverbull's defence for the sole purpose that he is trying to take the blinders off of some of up people by telling you about other DJ's with different sounds that are playing in the area. It might not particularly be your "style" but how are you going to know if No.1) you don't know about it and No. 2) you don't check it out. If you keep your horse blinders on and don't see the rest of the world around you. The House music world is far bigger than Boris, JP and DT, and that sceems to be the only DJ's you prople give any respect to.

I would surely be there tonight if I wasn't already doing my own residency on Tuesdays. For the sole fact that even though I am not a Boris fan, I am interested to hear how he will play in a smaller venue like Cielo, and I know that it will be a good night regardless of the music. Not for nothing at least it's not a Hip Hop party, Lord knows we have enough of them these days.

I think it is great that silverbull is a wealth of knowledge on the scene and some of these more obscure dj's that mainstream nyc may not know about, but the minute you hate on something else cause it is not your cup of tea all you become is hater with some additional knowledge
