Please join us, Thursday, April 6th, as Analog Lounge welcomes two very special guests, Randy Deshaies & Ryan Obermiller!!

RANDY DESHAIES

Randy's energy comes from a deep love for house music and the obsession to consistently apply that energy to every event and dance floor he is involved in. A love that developed in the later part of the 90s, inspired by such DJs and Producers as; Doc Martin, Josh Wink, Mark Farina, Derrick Carter, and Little Louie Vega. Known as one of the hardest working promoter in Boston, Randy has built a reputation on quality house music. Consistently providing Boston with the best underground house music in the area and applying those same principals in his DJ sets.

Randy, along with two close friends, developed Marz Entertainment in the summer of 1998 with the vision of revamping the local house scene. Six years later and countless hours of hard work, Randy and Marz Entertainment continue with the vision of moving Boston's underground dance scene forward and upward. From the small house parties and one-off events in the beginning, to the numerous club nights an one of events, to one of Boston's longest running and most integral House Music nights, BUMP. Bump is a weekly celebration of house music, featuring the biggest names in underground house music in the intimate setting of the Phoenix Landing (including Mark Farina, DJ Sneak, Gene Farris, Fred Everything, JT Donaldson, Johnny Fiasco, Iz & Diz, DJ Heather, Brett Johnson, DJ Colette, Mazi, etc.)

The new millennium has seen the emergence of Marz Entertainment as a leader. 2002 in particular, has introduced Randy as a DJ. Holding residencies at Hibernia, Phoenix Landing, Pravda 116, Limbo Lounge, and the infamous Summer Boat Cruise Parties. Currently Randy holds residencies at both Phoenix Landing and Avalon, continuing to spread House Music in Boston. Exerting every ounce of his love and energy, which dissipates through each and every set.

RYAN OBERMILLER

Some people are driven by passion and sheer determination. Others are blessed with raw talent and a natural sense of rhythm. In Ryan Obermiller's case, he is one of the few who possess both. Originally drawn to the New England party scene while attending college at UNH, Ryan began to immerse himself in the scene and started studying the craft of DJing. Ryan made regular appearances on UNH's weekly underground electronic music show, Beat Khemistry (WUNH). In 2002, he was asked to host his own version of Beat Khemistry which was featured on Muziklab.com. In January 2004, Ryan landed a residency at the Red Door Lounge in Portsmouth NH (a local hot spot with a reputation for groundbreaking sounds). This residency provided Ryan with an opportunity to develop and hone his style into a smooth, clean, groovy house sound. Though it may sound cliché, house music has played a pivotal role in shaping Ryan as a person and a dj. House music provides him with a unique spark that drives his passion. A passion that compels his desire to share this music with anyone and everyone. Now joining up with Marz Entertainment (Boston) as the newest addition to the team, he hopes to expand his mission to a wider audience. So listen up, this music just might move you too...

Hope to see everyone there this week! As always, we appreciate all your support!!!
