LMAOlesson one - the low post is where the post players such as shaq or haslem wait for the entry pass with their backs to the basket. Once they catch it they either pass to an open man or pivot to face the basket in order to shoot. With someone of shaq's height players are often hit by his elbow as that is where their head is just because of his size when shaq turns to face the basket. many people catch elbows from shaq in the post and most are not fouls. Its just what comes with going against a big man like oneil - what stackhouse did was illegal and intentional and clearly a foul worth a suspension. thank god he hit someone as big as shaq - imagine if he took that same shot at jason williams?? someone could've gotten seriosly hurt.... now back to whats important:LETS GO HEAT!!!
