divalicious Posted December 27 Report Share Posted December 27 All of a sudden, I found myself taking a look back at 2000, as I'm sure we all do at this time of year. While I was thinking of the things that have happened, I realized that the year has been full of life changing events for me. In order of occurrence: Got my first car, ended 5 year relationship with boyfriend, met a new close friend, got a new job, became an aunt again, got my own apartment, lost new job, shifted career tracks... Oh, and somewhere in there, throw in that I've become an addict of this board, I've met a few new friends, and an ever increasing amount of new party buddies. As I step into the new millennium, I feel as though I've updated my life in a way, and the change feels good. I look to the near future with an eagerness, for the things I know it will bring, and for the things I hope it will bring. I would like to keep with me, the positive energy that has kept my health, free-spirit, confidence, strength, open-mind and sense-of-humor in tact. I resolve to share that energy whenever I can. Got a new car, new place, new job and lost new job, but aquired a " newer " job. I think best of all was meeting this girl back in April who is the best thing to ever happen to me. We always have the best tiem together when we go out clubbing or whatever it might be. To all though...... be safe and lets not become another statistic on the news!! Cheers!!!!!!
