cookie6
sangria sounds excellent.. someone post those receipes for sangria again.. i need to make some asap!! Here's my redik delish sangria recipe...In a LARGE size pitcher2/3 red wine (I use carlo rossi-sangria flavored)about a cup of ginger alecup of juice (pref orange and/or pineapple)lots of brandy or tripple sec-whichever I havesweeten with sugar or splenda to taste*on the side I squeeze lemons, limes, and oranges and in a dish and de-pulp the juice and add it to the pitcher. I like it better without all the pulp.Mix it alll up...let it sit for a bit...mix it again and serve over ice.Viola~!Then drink and you will be drunkie poo in minutes. weyes
a lot of "summer foods" are all-year foods here in cali. we eat guacamole every season, cookie, so, there !but i love potato salad. i guess you are counting as summer foods cold things, because you don't want to get hot eating soup and such. we in cali eat cold stuff all the time 'cause it's hot most of the year.but i love chicken salad sandwiches, hot dogs, steak from the grill, homeade smoothies, corn on the cob, summer fruits, salads, and other stuff i can't think of...
