He died in 1992 nver got to hear him live, i have 2 mixed cds from him, have heard bootleg mixes of his on tapes on online. But i never got to hear him live so i can say for myself.Although if you look at my top 5 everyone on that list except one day would say LARRY was the greatest dj they ever heard before and were inspired by him. So in a way Larry is THEE Legend doesnt need to be on someone like myselfs list, when the whole house/dj community already have him in the highest prestige.
