Guest coach Posted April 8 Report Share Posted April 8 From what I understand they often have a pretty decent afterhours. The other day when I went by they seemed to be doing okay. Although at that point it was mainly goths and vamps. But they do really stay open after hours. But good luck, you nevre know who might show up.Its not even in the major downtown area.. its off 21st (dixie hwy) a few blocks north of hollywood blvd. A short walk from Sonar to the after hours. MIRZA1414779019 Posted April 8 Report Share Posted April 8 I played there twice and upstairs is nice they have a Rane mixer so you will be happy, but the monitor kind of sucked from what I remembered. The club is cool and the booth setup okay otherwise, but I wouldn't expect much of a crowd after 4 or 5. However, its been many months since I was there, so you never know. juxt Posted April 9 Report Share Posted April 9 It's not a bad club at all. The upstairs booth is quite nice and I think they did fix the monitor. They got a Rane mixer, decks are in a funky location though, side by side and the mixer is on the left so forget about scratching. They also have dual CD decks, I think they are Denons.Every time I've been there the crowd was jumping. It might not have been packed but almost every soul in the club was dancing. I think Alex is doing a DnB night. Abusement Park is doing fetish parties. They are doing a gay night promoted by some folks from Boca. And I think they have a rock night which they do.
