That line at the hem of her skirt is an easy spot to hide evidence of the Photoshop stamp tool.I remember reading in Wired a few months ago about some site where some fake exposer hobbyist posts proven fakes. Easier to just slap a head on a body than to try to merge half of one body and half of another and make it look real.Either way it's a pretty good fake if we can't really be sure.
