Here is my issue with Melinda...I don't think she makes a connection like Lakisha does with the audience with her song choices and though she nails them every time her and lakisha will prob. end up splitting their own core audience. That and her looks don't translate well to the younger crowd. She does come across a bit old, but then again look at Hicks...BUUUUUT then again look what happened to Hicks sales. I am still waiting for the themes to change to see if these girls can sing other styles...last night was an easy one for the black chicks...Lakisha \Jordin > Best of the night.Melinda /Now WTF was that coldplay sounding arrangement Sligh did?
