muthaload
Get a really weird feeling when you are in a club and you see the come up? I love staying in clubs till all hours of the next day but I just cant shake that weird feeling when I see the sun popping its way through vents and when people open up doors and stuff. Jilly
I can't say I have ever really paid attention to the sunrise while I am out..but the oddest thing was after a long sat night/sun morning at somewhere like factory or twilo where you stay till the end, you come out and its mid-day and you see all the people walking around going to brunch! Now that is kinda harsh...Or..if you go out late on a weeknight and are coming home with the people who are going to work..-J------------------Music is the answer...to your problems......smoknjilly@aol.com
kitty19
yea, hate that feeling b/c you know that your clubnight is coming to a close. i wish that they would take apart stages, open up doors, and clean the floors when the LAST person leaves. it makes me feel so weird too, so you are not the only one. or if you're at a club late, and the only people around are the cracked out ones.. no one dancing. ------------------*kitty19**turn it around baby*
muthaload
Ive never stayed till close but my usual time is around 9:30-10. The sun is up. I it just stayed dark till 10 in the morning. I remember one time I was at Studio in A.C. and went over to the Casino around 8 and came back to Studio around 9, what a messed up feeling I had after that. krissy529
The weirdest day for me was - we all went to the factory, then at like 10:30 am we left the factory drove to a friend's house in Westchester picked them up, cleaned ourselves up a little, then drove back to NY and went to Twilo for Junior's Birthday party.....that was a GREAT night/day. romy20
thats the worst part!! especially when its a sunday morning cause u know that your gonna have that wierd after cluubin x-ing feeling, and u know that the next day you gotta go to work!! its really depressing for me especially after a whole nite of just having fun and forgeting the world for a few hours!! but i guess all good things must come to an end (well, at least till the next weekend comes around again!!) ------------------(*_*)
PinkFloyd40
i know that feeling all too well. I hate it when i'm in the club totally oblivious to the rising of the sun and suddenly, there it is, someone busts open a door and lets the rays of sun blast me til i feel like i'm melting, only when i'm rollin though. And i get that weird feeling as well, again only when i'm trippin. I've just had times when i'll be sitting or whatever and suddenly i get this weird feeling in my stomach and am just like, "what am i doing here... its 10 in the morning and i'm trippin face, i gotta get outta here". I don't know why it happens but does a lot. BUT- when i'm sober i don't get any of those feelings. I'll be in the club and could be one of only 10 or 15 people dancing and still won't get that "weird" feeling. And the sun won't bother me either. Actually when i'm sober i like to come out to the sun... coming out to the rain is the worst, and leaving in the winter sucks too cuz your sooooo hot and then step outside into freakin tundra and then walk onto 11ave and get caught in a wind tunnel... oh well, its a pretty tough i guess -Rob------------------"And thus they give the time, that Nature meantFor peaceful sleep and meditative snores,To ceaseless din and mindless merrimentAnd waste of shoes and floors." boa_boy
You gotta wear shades! It's one of the cool parts about partying in Sydney, for the better part of 9 months of the year you go to outdoor recovery parties, on Sundays mostly, long weekend versions sometimes get up to 2,500 ppl......even better are the harbour cruises on a Sunday where you dance hard inside then go outside and collapse onto beanbags and laze about in the sun......having said that I'm gonna miss out on all that becos the first month of our spring (Sept) is all Olympics, then in November I'm over to NY!!------------------..................coming soon to a dancefloor near you------------------> boa_boy@yahoo.com

mr.sick
Coming out when the sun comes up used to get to me. I felt detached from reality and somewhat depressed. Now it doesnt really get to me because I found the perfect solution. manamongboys
I used to live in West NY, NJ, and work in the city for a TV station (not mentioning which one of course).Well I can remember on several occasions, I'd party at Twilo on Saturday night listening to Junior, or at Tunnel. Then I'd have to work at 10:00am on Sunday morning (still messed up.) Or having to wait for the damn bus to take me back through the tunnel to get home. They didn't run between 3-6am during the week. But now in South Beach, I love walking out of a club, heading straight to the beach or a pool for a swim and to watch the sun rise. That's the best. Then you go back to the club?? Yeah!------------------Don't hate me because I'm beautiful.
gadzinm
Quite frankly I like the feeling when the sun comes up. It makes you feel like you are still in the game. Everyone else who left is missing all the fun and they are home sleeping. Forget it, I'll sleep when it's over. But it does suck when you realize you have to be at work the next day. Man for the next few days it really whip's your ass!
flava
At least we can see the sun come up. Imagine living on Boston where the clubs close at 2am. Sometimes that's when I go out. However, I hate it when the sun goes up b/c my eyes hurt and my heart gets heavy as I know I must spend a lot of $$$ to do it all over again.
