If you've got some bucks, Junior Vasquez is having his birthday party at Earth (aka Exit) - should last until at least the late afternoon hours on Sunday

No offense to any gay clubbers out there, Peoples preferences in sexual orientation, are no business of mine nor should they be publicized in the way that I described Junior. I was just simply trying to state that Exit will be way too packed and I think that it would definitley be a better night for JP and the Factory.

Katsu Imai of MADAM

(Madamix, Oxygen Music Works, Saw Recordings, Junior Boys Own)

With studio partner Stephane K, MADAM stands strong in New York's underground progressive scene with singles on John Digweed's Global Underground Los Angeles, and look out for their mix of Dan Robbins "Chanting In The Dark" (Junior Boys Own) on Deep Dish's Global Underground mixed cd due out in September! A favorite of all the big jocks!

Matt Licata

(Be Yourself @ Vinyl w/Danny Teneglia, S.O.L.I.S., Gatecrasher-Limelight)

With DJ spots at the famous Be Yourself night with Danny Teneglia and an oppurtunity to open up for Judge Jules at Limelight's Gatecrasher night Matt is truly the perfect DJ to kick start the night. His set's are meaningfull and will take you to another level.

DJ Mantra

(Rhythm-Addiction, Global Spinoff 2001, Dubcoast Music)

The winner of Global Spinoff 2001, a contest sponsored by Mixer Magazine, Clubplanet.com, Limelight, and Global Beats. Hundreds of DJ's entered and he was picked among the masses to profiled in Mixer Magazine and to rock the Limelight on Friday August 10th. If you were there you know what we're talking about! Check out the Global Beats DJ contest section on the mainpage of Clubplanet.com!

Lower Level:

Alan Sax

(Digital Domain, Touched By A DJ, David Sigmund Entertainment)

Here is a veteran of the NYC scene. Alan has done it all from DJ-ing to production work to being music director at several of NYC's largest clubs. And with bookings at events ranging from the Monkey parties, the Countdown series, several one offs and even recently up in Canada, it was only logical that we have him come work his early morning magic. Truly a NYC favorite!

Rus Deep

(Union, Touched By A DJ)

If you know Rus then you know his dedication to keeping the NYC underground alive. His style is constantly evolving to reflect his inner passion for music. His sets always take the listener on a journey. Tribal house fades into techno. Techno melts into trance. Trance blends back

into house. No matter what, the music is always dark, sexy and percussive. Expect the unexpected when Rus Deep is behind the decks...

DJ Lu

(Trancelvania Sounds, DJ Central)

A former Bad ass of the massive techno and rave scene in the early 90's. He has played with everyone from Frankie Bones, DJ Dan, Scott Richmond of Satellite Records and many more! Lu is a true product of electronic music itself. His style is that of different blends of trance and house nowadays. His vision is clear about the lagging New York club scene. It's time to jump start it out of it's flatlining spirit.

Sanjay

(Rhythm Addiction)

With partner DJ Mantra they founded Rhythm Addicion itself to help the dying club scene. A DJ who carefully crafts every set to perfection and it will show when he takes the decks. Look out for much more from Sanjay and co. in the near future!
