tastyt Posted January 10 Report Share Posted January 10 Depends on how tight you are.Too small= can barely feel a thing no matter how hard you squeeze Too big= limits the positions you can experience pain-free and without injuring any internal organsI personally give a scale of appx 5 1/2- 8 1/2 inches.
