ok so you wake up feellin all gross and hungover. first put as much liquid as you can into your body (preferably gatorade) then somehow find a steam room and and sweat out all the toxins you put in your body the night before (this may be hard to do but its money trust me) rinse off in the shower for a taste. then here is the key. do a nice light cardio workout then take a nice relaxing shower, and make it cold right before you get out... this may sound crazy but i felt like a million bucks after a night that i got home at 6 and literally had to crawl into my house. and to all you drinkers out there that say they never puked from drinking... you obviously don't drink enough then
