at PLAID. I guess it is called REEL Tuesdays. This should be interesting, I'd love to be on a project with him- he is really a very talented man, not to mention well established. PM parties are always good--- and I think he draws the best crowds-= very ecclectic and mixed and everyone is usually pretty nuts-=-- also, his glass party that he throws every month at Glass (adjacent to Marquee) is AMAZING- it's at the end of the month every month.

It will probably be light, nice calm party for people to unwind after their weekend debauchery- sip cocktails and frozen drinks ---- probably a pretty authentic crowd since most of the tourists and others will be back in their shitty suburbs- And if Lincoln and Erich are hosting there are sure to be great, fun people there as well as scattered celebs

Hosted by Erich Conrad and Lincoln Palsgrove on the rooftop of the Maritime (Cabanas) every sunday starting this Sunday. 8) this will be a great light party (for NYer's in the know ) the entire summer. I'll be there each week until 9pm, thereafter at a weekly 6 Feet Under Soiree in Tribeca.

haha good memory. However, I do eat a Wheat Bagel with Light Cream Cheese. (toasted) FYI, he is referring to what i eat daily- in the morning as well (which is better)...coffee (hazlenut, skim milk 1 sweet and low) and the aforementioned bagel.

I know, I disappeared for at least a couple of months, as I was on an adventure throughout the United States---filming a few things and getting a taste of places like Kentucky, Colorado, Michigan, Ohio, and some other random shit. Im very glad to be home and I think I'll be fairly sedentary for a bit...at least not MIA like lately. So I see that not too many people are posting here lately? What have all of you been up to? I got to see Joey this weekend, which was great- GK iloveyou. What have you all been up to? While Ive been in NYC on most weekends, I've been enjoying alternate activities other than AVALON and CROBAR. God how sick of them I got. First of all, Crobar has gone down the tubes, with half the staff quitting- They are more table oriented now with bottle service and such, and the crowd has become a tremendous pile of steaming dog shit....so if you go there at all, make sure it is for a cool event or 4am when you wont givew a shit about losers surrounding you. Too bad. Dirk Van Stockum left to create B.E.D. here in nyc with a partner, they broke up and are now, apparently, competing to open bed first in separate locations, one above Spirit, the other in the old Centro Fly space. That will be interesting to see how it unfolds. I hope Dirk wins, he is a great guy- for all the miami people who remember Gilbert-- he now works across the streeet at a new venue called Quo...it;s beautiful-- has anyone gone yet? I really like it, though it also is sold out to the bottle service way of getting people in. There are a ton of clubs in that area now- it's a bit ridiculous. Complete Mayhem. i love it! I've been going to Marquee a bit and Bungalow (though this must be the single most difficult place to get into I have ever seen....it's pretty dumb at times) and i've also been appreciating the dive bars with soul in my neighborhood (east village). That has actually been the most fun for me....after weeks like ive had recently I want nothing more than to have a cheap drink in a dirty bar --bandana on and unshaven. It's great. A nice change of pace from the west side way of life=- no negotiating, hassle, nothing- I see this weekend Sander will be at Crobar. I've really been loving him lately---I have some of his sets from the WMC and the one from ultra is sooo good, in my opinion--- I want to go see him on Friday, however I dont think i'll be in town--- and that is kind of a blessing in disguise since I've been dropping way too much cash lately on dinners and drinks and all that . I am not going to Tiesto on Sat at Avalon, since i will be seeing him in miami the very next week. I presume most of you will be at Space on the 18th? I cant wait to get down for some vacation with Aryn- Id love to get to see you guys. 8) 8) 8)

Whilst I adore y'all that are going to boston, im done seeing Armin. Also, I prefer beaches and BBQ's for mem day....gotta get out of the city.... but im nervous..... because my close friends are all going to be away--you guys in boston, jamie and all them are flying down to Tampa, and my NOLA boys will be in London- :-\ even my family will be traveling down to FL. and aryn will be here with her foreign lover. Im not sticking around and tagging along that. :'(

we ended up at this event around 4amish after a whirlwind of insanity at adjacent venues--- and I must say Tom Stephan was tearing the place up--- he was awesome, we went right ot the dancefloor and really enjoyed his beats....they were well selected and he mixed things up well=== the crowd was pretty wretched though....as Crobar seems to have completely lost its edge with getting cool people to go.....they concentrate a lot on bottle service....Dirk quit, Gilbert quit, and many others as well...the new staff sucks, in general. aside: Dirk will be opening B.E.D. next to Spirit --- slated for September Gilbert now works at Quo across the street---cool new place---check it out.

are you retarded- that sound system is so dated now and has barely been tweaked to keep it great---- A Ferrari is amazing always by name.....but you can be sure a 2004 Ferrari is better than a 1999 one. everyone! in the entire city knows that the roxy sound system needs to be tweaked and overhauled---

I don't get why you hate the Roxy so much --- I love the place --- the last time I was there for Deep Dish I had a blast. I guess a few bad experiences can ruin your outlook. I feel the same way about Avalon, I know it's a great club but the last few times I've been there have been miserable.....so it takes a lot to get me voluntarily back into that church!!! give me a break, the sound system is terrible. that alone in a nightclud is unnaceptable. :
