Yeah, that happens, but not with all the girls. Certain girls, it turns out, once you are with them, or even get close enough to know that you Could if you wanted to, and you lose interest because its not a challenge anymore. I think many of us guys have these ideal women who we'd like to say that we had or that we are incredibly attracted to physically, and we just need to know for our own egos that we can have them....but once we do, we realize it was just for the point of reaching that challenge, the "thrill of the chase" as its called (right on B!) .... I'm definetly guilty of it...its been fun, but its more worth it to spend time on the sweeties that realy do matter and mean something to you. and that's my two cents!

Yeah, I was there about 3 weeks ago on a monday night, Diego's party over there. Pretty packed house, its an interesting place with a vibe that's hard to explain. Good lookin crowd, HOT bartenders tee hee, and real funky "cute" music. I liked the wall visuals, refreshing. Strong drinks too, but pricy!! I think its a sweet place, no cover, great atmosphere if you like something a bit edgy and different, I hope it stays , i'll definetly go again. If people want to meet up there, let me know.

just wondering, cause everyone considers "playing" to be something different, what do you ladies consider coming out and playing? Cause I met this girl once who wanted to go play, but she realy meant playing as in going to like "hang out" and chill at the park. hmmm........ :!!

Don't complain...I put in normally 80+ hours a week, and still put in a strong 10-15 party hours... long live!

Diego, wassup great pics over there. Ya'll should head down to FUN, I was there, and the place can be described as a "fresh alternative" to NYC nightlife. A great crowd, interesting wall visuals, kickin music....definite long stay, i'm going back soon.

As a grad of one of these Ivy League institutions, I can tell you that the name Columbia brings with it is certainly strong but the recruiters know exactly where each B school stands and they view Stern as higher than columbia. Having finished one of the more quantitativly-strong schools, recruiters still view columbia as a liberal arts approach to biz, and stern is more finance oriented...so it depends what you want to do. If its to continue in securities research, i think Stern is the better choice . If its to meet and network with very diverse class, columbia might be better, but i work on wall street now and i've met maybe one person so far from Colubmia B-school. Oh, and pfloyd, NYU is a great school, but its not becoming Ivy league any time soon. No such thing as "applying" for Ivy League status...ivy's are and will stay what they are, that won't change, its a history book.

You bring up a great point by hte fact that clubbing has become a nightlifestyle...but it differnt on each side of the Atlantic. I think that in Europe its been a lifestyle for a while, and people have no problems there going out, dressing up (or down), doing whatever, living free and wild, and you'll even see the older crowds participating in the fun. Here in the U.S its gone in some different direction. Here, clubbing has always been a "side" nightlife activity for the mainstream crowds, and they see clubs as housemusic-driven palaces of sex and drugs. In europe, its about hte exzperience, in the U.S its about the inputs, sex and drugs. Taht's why here there is such a focus on girls going almost half-naked, and why they lack the drug education that is free and posted everywhere in europe. If the US eventually evolves and becomes more liberal and open place like the euro environment, many of these social issues and themes will dissipate...they are just a function of the conservative US culture finally bursting at the seams from all the fun energy inside. wow, that sounded philosophical....

yeah! that long post definetly settled it...NYC girls rock, common, that's why all us guys are up here in NYC!!!
