5. I definately think walking on eggshells. I've had a similar problem. If the person still cares deeply for you and you don't, they are the ones who need to keep their distance until they can fully come to terms with the new situation. I would think they would eventually come around if given the opportunity. After all being friends is better than nothing at all. And if at one time you were a couple, then that person can can still be your best friend to talk to becuase they would know you better than anyone else. ------------------ Double-Down <A HREF="/cgi-bin/redir.cgi?url=http://www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc"" TARGET=_blank>www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc double-down@mad.scientist.com The Crow (The original graphic novel)
6. It doesn't get too crowded. But get there fairly early if you want a place to sit. The dance floor gets crowded, but it's nothing major considering you're used to club crowds. As the night goes on, people filter in and out. The whole area is one big bar block so you get alot of bar hoppers. ------------------ Double-Down <A HREF="/cgi-bin/redir.cgi?url=http://www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc"" TARGET=_blank>www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc double-down@mad.scientist.com The Crow (The original graphic novel)
7. ...just thought I'd throw it out there for you, but if you'd like some company...let me know...just trying to be nice so don't get skeeved out or anything by it. ------------------ Double-Down <A HREF="/cgi-bin/redir.cgi?url=http://www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc"" TARGET=_blank>www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc double-down@mad.scientist.com The Crow (The original graphic novel)
8. Asylum on Bleecker isn't bad at all. Kinda a dark place but a decent mellow vibe. I've been there alot. Grab a booth in the front or back and just relax. Tonight is def. ladies night. But anyhow I think you'd like it. Music isn't really club oriented. The DJ varies from either someone who uses CD to vinyl, but mostly CDs. Feel free to ask more questions. ------------------ Double-Down <A HREF="/cgi-bin/redir.cgi?url=http://www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc"" TARGET=_blank>www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc double-down@mad.scientist.com The Crow (The original graphic novel)

14. Magz...my friends and I are curious...how'd you get started? We have a setup at my friend's apartment that we practice on almost every night and then we DJ for our friends Saturdays when we stay in. How'd you get out there and start getting noticed? ------------------ Double-Down <A HREF="/cgi-bin/redir.cgi?url=http://www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc"" TARGET=_blank>www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc double-down@mad.scientist.com The Crow (The original graphic novel)
15. 1. Open up with Oakenfold 2. Kick it up a bit more with some Nick Warren 3. Kinda plateau things a bit with some Paul Van Dyke 4. Bring it back up with George Acosta 5. Sasha comes out and rips shit up and just when you think it doesn't get any better... 6. Digweed closing it out with a 5 hour set similar to the sick shit he played last week at Twilo. And there will be multiple encores. ------------------ Double-Down <A HREF="/cgi-bin/redir.cgi?url=http://www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc"" TARGET=_blank>www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc double-down@mad.scientist.com The Crow (The original graphic novel)
16. The world of politics is about money and power. Plain and simple. Surprisingly out of all the mudslinging and carpetbagging that goes on there does arise a bit of good. However alot of the negative overshadows it. With politicians always saying "yeah I did that...would do it again." and then doing everything in their power to outlaw it, all they are showing is their inability to come to terms with what they did, so therefore they are trying to correct their mistakes by imposing laws to stifle us while they can go home and feel good about themselves and in some strange way they probably feel that they have put to rest some of their own personal demons. But like misskittie and blueangel and some others pointed out...in the public eye, all they succeed in doing is making themselves out to be hypocrites and weak men (or women..gotta be P.C.) without the integrity to just live with their own experiences from their youth. I think they take the belief of "preparing the next generation" to an unfair extreme. The other thing is I feel that alot of the same politicians that run the US now, never fully lived out their "growing years". They never clubbed like us or had the opportunity to really experience enough to formulate a solid foundation from which they could draw on as they got older and are now faced with the difficult task of laying down the law. To really understand what is going on, the politicians that say they "did this and did that"...need to come off their perches on Capitol Hill and become a regular person for a few months. They need to see what we see and go through what we go through. Then I think they would be able to earn some integrity back...and learn to live with their youth experiences or lack of. Then they could properly do their job and not be so contradicting and hypocritical all the time. They were young once and they need to remember and allow us to live too. Sorry if I may have went off topic or anything. But I think I stayed on topicc for the most part. Just my two cents. ------------------ Double-Down <A HREF="/cgi-bin/redir.cgi?url=http://www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc"" TARGET=_blank>www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc double-down@mad.scientist.com The Crow (The original graphic novel)
17. misskittie...I guess I should have responded differently....I am picky too and would have to actually go out and get to know you first. My apologies if I offended you....and I am being sincere. ------------------ Double-Down <A HREF="/cgi-bin/redir.cgi?url=http://www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc"" TARGET=_blank>www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc double-down@mad.scientist.com The Crow (The original graphic novel)
18. Just drink a gallon of water a day and do some sort of excerise. I swim 7000 meters a day and run 4 miles every other day. No lifting or anything else and I stay trim, and toned. And I only weigh 168. So I may not look like much, but I'm fast in the water and in shape. All those fat burning pills...you eventually work up a tolerance to them and they stop working. But things work differently for everyone...so this is just my $.02 ------------------ Double-Down <A HREF="/cgi-bin/redir.cgi?url=http://www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc"" TARGET=_blank>www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc double-down@mad.scientist.com The Crow (The original graphic novel)
19. I've been clubbing sober for almost 4 months now and I gotta say it's alot better than being burnt out after a roll. I was at Twilo for S&D and only drank 3 beers before I went around 11pm and I stayed till about 8:30 drinking only 3 bottles of water and a gatorade. I could have kept going, but I had to leave because my brother was passed out after coming off his roll. Seeing him passed out just proved to me that it's so much better going sober. And I think I'm staying that way. Besides..the sick shit Digs and Sasha were spinning made me high enough. ------------------ Double-Down <A HREF="/cgi-bin/redir.cgi?url=http://www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc"" TARGET=_blank>www.geocities.com/doubledown_xtc double-down@mad.scientist.com The Crow (The original graphic novel)
