welcome to philly... i actually went wednesday because a friend of mine forced me to go.... at the end of the night i couldnt help but laugh at the people on the dancefloor...that crowd is so cheesy its scary... anyway, to answer your question, it's always 21 except for its "legendary" 17-24 wednesday nights...where the hip hop room gets a bigger crowd than the main floor...those fuckin clueless idiots..

i could only wish of partying with you DC heads on a weekday...but, thats just not reality... and what would you prefer, going in for free and chillin at 1223, or going on wednesday and partying with michael jordan?

wouldnt make sense to have it there... best place to have an afterhours superclub is a commercial neighborhood....not in a residential because they would be forced to shut down early every friday and saturday.... why not something along the south street seaport? or around that area near the old twilo??
