Im a huge Dave Seaman fan and would love to see him this weekend at Tavern in the Hamptons. But I hear that place is kind of like a bar?!?!?!? Not really much of a club at all. Is this true?? I agree with ibclubbin. Try and get atleast a Dennon 2100 if you can. I started out with the 1800 and within two months had to bump up to the 2500 (which they don't make anymore, back then it was the big Dennon CD player) but I just scrapped that and baught the 2600. Also scrapped my Vestax mixer and picked up a Rane MP 2016 and the Xp 2016 also. Enjoy it bro! Don't get frustrated and trust me if you stick with it you'll see how worth it it was. Dave:D

Yeah what was up with the crowd?? I expected so much more than what I saw. There was mostly guys there and the girls weren't dancing. Wished for better girls....

All in all it was a pretty good night. The opener for Oakie was solid, he got the crowd going which was great. Once Oakenfold came on he put on a show, Im not talking about musicly just his presence and showmanship. He gave complete respect for the opening DJ and that was great. As far as the music goes I thought he had a descent set but I expected more. He had the place rocking towards the end though. I would give his preformance an 8 out 10. I never want to hear Faithless - We Come One again, too overplayed!!

Amen! Why the hype with all the unreleased jams?? I think its the "want what you can't have" theory. If those songs were released tomorow then no one would say another word about them. I've seen people go crazy over songs that sound like they were done on my little cousin's first time sony keyboard and I don't get it. Maybe it's me. But there are some good songs on that list.......

The name "Exit" for a club is pretty ingenious. Everywhere you look and see Exit signs you think of the club (or atleast I do). A great marketing scheme the way I see it. Plus I see it not as "ex" "it" but as Exit ... exiting realitly and going into another world (not to get deep on ya or anything). Thats what it feels like to me. Its a catchy name and really did the club well. Just my thoughts.....

Ok now I know people have posted this same thing this week but I missed the posts.. Where is Oakenfold going to be on the 18th??? At first I heard he was going to be at Tunnel and Lime Light and now I hear that he's going to be at the World on the 18th. Does anyone know exactly where he will be??

Last friday my roomate went up to boston and he left the city at 5pm and got up to boston at midnight. he said the traffic sucked. Im leaving at 3pm to get there early and hang out. Plus I want to get a good spot so i can watch PVD tear it up because its gonna be packed!
